Dear ASCA users, Please find the short-term ASCA observation schedule during the period from December 16 to the end of 1998. We complete AO-6 guest observations by this schedule. Please confirm that all the priority-A and -B targets, except for those intentionally carried over, were observed or allocated into the observation schedule. AO-7 guest observations will start from January 4, 1999. The high voltage of GIS has been in off-reduction mode from last night (Nov. 16 16:30) to avoid the influence by Leonid meteor shower , which will be turned on tomorrow (Nov. 18 17:40). The ASCA attitude has being kept to the direction of RX J0136-31 (sun angle = 90 deg.) during the new year take-off of the ASCA operation. F.
