Dear Users,

The priority-C  target Cyg X-2 (50 ks, PI: Kaaret) is decided to carried to 
the next schedule and will be allocated around middle December . Instead,
A 2734	 (40 ks, PI: Yoshii) is allocated in the span on November 24. 
Accordingly, all targets after that are shifted backward several hours.
