Dear ASCA users, I am sending an ASCA observation schedule for the period of January 30 to February 10. Flight operation of the ISAS MUSES-B (Space VLBI) mission has started at KSC (Kagoshima Space Center ) and the satellite is scheduled to be launched on February 7th. Since ISAS launching site, KSC has only a single set of ground-based equipments (commander/receiver etc.) for tracking satellites, ASCA tracking will be significantly disturbed by the MUSES-B flight operation during the period form middle January to middle February, especially around the launching day. We will attempt to keep ASCA observations as continuously as possible during MUSES-B flight operation, however, if there happen cancel of some observations due to confliction with the MUSES-B operation, those observations will be shifted to the next window.
